There was some great golf played over the last 3 days of the Bay Open.  Alex Booth became the first home grown champion for Catalina Club in the last 10 years shooting an impressive 69-70 for a -5 total. Catalina also bought home the B Grade winner in Rob Devonald and Travis Fairweather in C Grade. Overall, a great weekend for Catalina Members, but also for the 166 visitors that visited our magnificent facility for the weekend. Finally, our amazing band of volunteers just makes the weekend that much more special to the players. With everything from Starting fields, spotting for golf balls, raking bunkers, Rules coverage and cooking that amazing smelling breakfast each morning your assistance helped make the Bay Open the success that it is today.
